摘要
目的分析系统护理干预对神经内科留置导尿患者漏尿的预防效果。方法选择2016年6月至2017年6月在我院神经内科留置导尿的54例患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组27例。对照组患者施以常规护理干预,观察组患者施以系统护理干预。观察两组患者护理后1、2、3个月的漏尿率和患者的临床护理满意度。结果观察组患者护理后1、2、3个月的漏尿率分别为3.70%、0.00%、0.00%,分别低于对照组的22.22%、18.52%、14.81%(P<0.05)。观察组患者对服务及时性、服务态度、管理规范性、住院环境及护理人员的综合素质的护理满意度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统护理干预对神经内科留置导尿患者漏尿具有较为满意的临床预防效果,不仅可以有效降低漏尿率,还可以提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of systematic nursing intervention in the prevention of urinary leakage in patients with indwelling catheterization in neurology department.Methods From June 2016 to June 2017,54 patients with indwelling catheterization in neurology department of our hospital were selected as study objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 27 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given systematic nursing intervention.The urinary leakage rates were observed in the two groups at 1st month,2nd month,and 3rd month after nursing.The clinical nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The urinary leakage rates in the observation group at 1st month,2nd month and 3rd month after nursing were 3.70%,0.00%and 0.00%respectively,which were significantly lower than 22.22%,18.52%and 14.81%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfactory scores of service promptness,service attitude,management standard,hospitalization environment and comprehensive quality of nursing staff in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention has a satisfactory clinical effect on the urinary leakage in patients with indwelling catheterization in neurology department.It can not only effectively reduce the rate of urinary leakage,but also improve the patients'nursing satisfaction.
