飞秒激光基质内微透镜取出术围手术期护理干预措施分析 被引量:1

Analysis of Nursing Intervention Measures of Femtosecond Laser Stroma Microlens Removal Surgery during the Perioperative Period

摘要 目的探究飞秒激光基质内微透镜取出术围手术期护理干预措施。方法选取该院2016年5月—2017年1月间收治的42例眼科手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组21例,其中实验组实施围手术期综合护理干预,对照组实施常规护理干预,比较两组患者经护理后的并发症发生率以及手术配合度。结果实验组并发症发生率4.76%低于对照组并发症发生率33.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.559,P<0.05),且实验组患者手术配合度95.20%要明显优于对照组66.70%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.559,P<0.05)。结论飞秒激光基质内微透镜取出术实施围手术期护理干预,通过遵循无菌操作,对患者实施有效沟通与指导可确保手术顺利完成,减少并发症,值得进一步研究与实施。 Objective To study the nursing intervention measures of femtosecond laser stroma microlens removal surgery during the perioperative period.Methods 42 cases of operative patients in the department of ophthalmology admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 21 cases in each,the experimental group used the general nursing intervention during the perioperative period,while the control group used the routine nursing intervention,and the incidence rate of complications and operation cooperation degree after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(4.76%vs 33.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.559,P<0.05),and the operation cooperation degree in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group(95.20%vs 66.70%),and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=5.559,P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention during the perioperative period of patients with femtosecond laser stroma microlens removal surgery can ensure the successful operation and reduce the complications by following the aseptic operation and effective communication and guidance,which is worth further research and implementation.
