摘要
热浸镀铝技术作为一种简单高效的表面工程技术,目前已经在冶金、石油、化工等行业得到广泛应用,综述了热浸镀铝镀层组织的生长机理,以及合金元素与高温扩散退火对热浸镀铝镀层组织和性能的影响,并分析了目前研究还存在的问题以及未来的研究方向。
As a simple and efficient surface engineering technology,hot-dip aluminizing technology now has been widely used in metallurgy,petroleum,chemical and other industries.This paper mainly summarizes the growth mechanism of hot-dip aluminizing coating,the effect of alloying elements and high temperature diffusion annealing on the properties and microstructure of hot-dip aluminizing coating.Meanwhile,the problems in present researches and the future research direction are discussed.
