摘要
将三维扩散控制的定量相场方法与Kim-Kim-Suzuki模型相耦合,并以CALPHAD数据库的动力学与热力学数据为依据,研究了Ti-6Al-4V合金中的α相的溶解。将一维溶解动力学与DICTRA结果对比,确定了不同固溶温度下的动力学系数。α相在溶解过程中的Al和V成分分布、扩散路径与DICTRA计算数据吻合较好,从而验证了定量相场模型的正确性。通过单个球状α相的三维溶解模拟研究发现,α相体积分数随时间演化符合指数衰减规律,单个α相的溶解并不简单是生长的逆过程。
A 3-dimensional(3D)quantitative phase field model(QPFM)of diffusion-controlled phase transformations coupled with the Kim-Kim-Suzuki(KKS)model were applied to research dissolution ofαphase in Ti-6Al-4V.The thermodynamic and dynamic data required for the simulations which were obtained from the CALPHAD databases.Comparing the dissolution kinetic ofαphase in 1D from QPFM with that from DICTRA,the dynamic of the order parameter was ascertained at different solution temperatures in Ti-6Al-4V alloy.Composition profiles of Al,V and diffusion paths ofαphase dissolution from the phase field simulations agreed well with those from DICTRA simulations.The validity of quantitative phase field model was confirmed.The phase field model was used to study dissolution of a globularαphase in 3D.The results showed that the volume fraction ofαphase decays exponentially with time.The dissolution process of singleαphase was not simply a reverse of growth process.
