摘要
为顺应住宅产业化的发展趋势,转变保障性住房套型平面的设计思想与设计手法势在必行。以天津市已建成的保障性住房为研究对象,通过走访调研,了解设计方案与实际居住情况的差异性,并从"功能"、"舒适性"与"空间关系"三个方面对户型平面进行量化分析,基于标准化、模数化以及舒适性的原则,提出以集成卫生间和集成厨房作为基础模块进行保障性住房套型平面设计的方法,实现套型平面的多样性设计,并作出户型模块的初步组合,分析结构设计与施工方法的可行性,为实现保障性住房模块化建造提供理论依据。
In order to comply with the development of housing industrialization,it is imperative to change the design concept and design method of the affordable housing layout plane.Taking the built-in affordable housing in Tianjin as the research object,the difference between the design scheme and the actual living conditions are surveyed.The apartment layout is analyzed quantitatively from three aspects of“function”,“comfort”and“spatial relationship”.Based on the principles of standardization,modularization,and comfort,the basic module with integrated bathroom and integrated kitchen is proposed for design of affordable housing,realizing the design diversity and formulating the model of the apartments.The feasibility of structural design and construction methods is analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for the realization of modularization of affordable housing.
