摘要
针对目前中小型城市增建的新城、新区频频出现"死城""残城""堵城"等"城市病",本文以城市设计理论为研究基础,以建一座充满活力、形态完善、有机生长的城市新区为目标,进行相应的策略研究,并结合哈尔滨群力西区城市设计方案进行探讨,希望对未来中小型城市的新区设计有所启发。
Targeted at the frequently appearing"Urban disease":"dead city""ruined city",and"blocked city"in currently growing new cities and new districts in medium and small cities,this paper bases itself on urban design theory,and conducts strategic research aimed at building a new urban district with full energy,mature form,and organic growth.By discussing the urban design plan of Harbin's Qunli Western District,this paper also hopes to inspire future new district design in medium and small cities.
