常用抗结核药物对常规生化检测的干扰分析

摘要 目的探究常用抗结核药物对常规生化检测的干扰分析。方法方便选取2016年3月—2017年3月江苏省常州市中医医院检验科72例患者,针对血脂、肝肾功能、心肌酶等常规生化检测,采用利福平、链霉素、异烟肼、吡嗪酰胺四种常用抗结核药物,为分析前质量控制提供依据。而测试药物对常规生化检测的干扰,采取的是体外干扰试验的方法。结果利福平对肌酐、尿酸有负干扰,对直接胆红素、总胆红素有正干扰,干扰药物浓度及干扰值呈现出的是正相关,且异烟肼对血清铁有正干扰。SI空白是(17.2±0.162)μmol/L、P是(1.06±0.012)mmol/L、AMY是(53±0.64)U/L等。结论利福平、异烟肼对部分常规生化检测有干扰。为了避免药物的干扰,可以在服药5 h后或者是服药前采集标本。 Objective To study the analysis of common antituberculosis drugs in interfering in routine biochemical test.Methods 72 cases of patients in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were convenient selected,and the routine biochemical test such as blood liquid,liver and renal functions and myocardial enzyme was conducted by the four common antituberculosis drugs of rifampicin,streptomycin,isoniazid,pyrazinamide thus providing basis for analyzing the quality control,and the interference of test drugs on the routine biochemical test was conducted by the extracorporeal interference test.Results Rifampicin had negative interference in creatinine and uric acid,and had positive interference in bilirubin direct and total bilirubin,and the concentration of interference drugs had positive correlation with the interference value,and the isoniazid had positive interference in serum iron,and the blank of SI was(17.2±0.162)μmol/L,P was(1.06±0.012)mmol/L and AMY was(53±0.64)U/L.Conclusion Rifampicin and isoniazid had interference in some routine biochemical tests,and we can collect specimens after 5h medication and before medication in order to avoid the interference of drugs.
