摘要
基于应用型金融人才的特点,通过《国际金融学》对应用型金融人才培养的重要性,以重庆工商大学融智学院为例,分析《国际金融学》教学当中存在的问题,包括教学内容既缺乏理论性同时应用性也不足、教学方法单一不能激发学生自主思考、教学效果考核难以体现应用型人才培养目标等。并提出从教学设计、实践教学以及教师自身素质等方面来改进《国际金融学》的教学方式,从而推进实现培养应用型金融人才的目标。
Based on the characteristics of applied financial talents and the importance of International Finance on applied financial talents training,the study takes Rongzhi College of Chongqing Technology and Business University as an example,analyzes the teaching problems.Teaching content is lack of theoretical and applied;single teaching method can't inspire students'thinking;teaching effect assessment is difficult to reflect applied talents training target.It also proposes to improve the teaching mode in terms of instructional design,practical teaching and teacher's own quality,so as to promote the goal of cultivating applied financial talents.
