摘要
目的分析精神科护理不良事件原因分析及防范措施。方法统计该院2016年1—12月主动上报的50例精神科护理不良事件,对护理不良事件出现的具体原因进行分析,并且找出相应的防范措施。结果患者间互伤是导致精神科护理不良事件出现的主要原因,所占比重为24.00%,除此之外,医嘱执行错误、暴力促使护理人员受伤、给药错误、治疗不及时、针刺伤、压疮、烫伤、跌倒、坠床、药物中毒、管道滑脱、标本错误等也是导致护理不良事件出现的原因;午间、夜间、凌晨、饭前、交接班、节假日、节前及工作繁忙时是精神科护理不良事件发生的主要时间段,所占比重为66.00%;护龄为6~9年N2级护理人员不良护理事件发生率最高,所占比重为60.00%,与其它级层对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神科护理不良事件出现的原因多种多样,护理管理者要对其加强管理,将护理人员的安全意识提高,对人力资源进行合理配备,加强重点时段、重点人员管理,查找护理工作中的薄弱环节及安全隐患,防患于未然,有效保障护理安全。
Objective This paper tries to analyze the causes and preventive measures of nursing adverse events in psychiatric department.Methods 50 cases of psychiatric nursing adverse events reported by this hospital from January to December 2016 were analyzed,and the specific causes of nursing adverse events were analyzed,and the corresponding preventive measures were found out.Results The patients of mutual injury was the main cause of psychiatric nursing adverse events,the proportion was 24.00%,in addition,implementation errors,violence prompted nursing staff injury,medication errors,not timely treatment,stab wounds,pressure sores,burns,falls,falling out of bed,drug poisoning,spondylolisthesis,pipeline sample error were the causes of nursing adverse events;noon,night and before dawn,before meals,shift,holidays,before holiday and busy work were the main period of psychiatric nursing adverse events,the proportion was 66.00%;nursing age for 6~9 years N2,whose nursing adverse incident rate accounted for the highest proportion of 60.00%,compared with the other levels the differences was statistically signifinant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are various causes of psychiatric nursing adverse events,nursing managers should strengthen the management of the nursing staff,help them increase their safety awareness,improve the human resource reasonably allocation,strengthen key period,key personnel management,find the weak links in nursing work and safety hazards,take preventive measures to effectively protect the safety of nursing.
