摘要
目的:调查上海市某医院体检人群对健康管理的认知和需求状况,分析影响体检人群对健康管理接受程度的相关因素。方法:采用立意抽样对参加体检的人群进行现场问卷调查。结果:97.6%的体检人群听说过健康管理,90.7%希望接受健康管理。对健康管理服务的认知及需求分别为90.2%和80.2%,58.4%接受过健康管理服务的人群认可健康服务的效果。结论:体检人群对健康管理的认知及需求度较高,但对具体的健康管理服务项目了解较单一,表明对健康管理服务的宣传应扩大和细化。
Objective:To probe into the physical examination population’s cognition and intention of health management in a hospital in Shanghai,analyze the related factors affecting the level of health mangement acceptance in the population of physical examination.Methods:The study used the purposive sampling and researched people who came to the hospital for physical examination.Results:97.6%of the respondents heard about the concept of health management.90.7%of the respondents would like to receive the service.Their cognition and intention of physical examination were 90.2%and 80.2%respectively.58.4%of the respondents who had accepted the health management services approve the effect of health services.Conclusion:The physical examination population had high cognition and intention of health management,but they knew little about the health management service.This indicated that the publicity of health management services should be expanded and refined.
