摘要
目的分析不同粘结材料、表面处理方法对瓷与托槽粘结强度的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2016年1月医院烤瓷试件234件,按照处理方法不同分为A、B、C三组,各78件,分别给予陶瓷偶联剂+氢氟酸酸蚀+喷砂、氢氟酸酸蚀+喷砂、陶瓷偶联剂+喷砂,并给予不同釉质粘结剂,分别为京津化学固化型、西湖化学固化型、3M化学固化型、3M光固化型。比较三组抗剪切强度与粘结剂残留率。结果 A、B组抗剪切强度均大于C组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3M光固化型粘结剂抗剪切强度大于其类型,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。西湖化学固化型、3M化学固化型粘结剂抗剪切强度大于京津化学固化型(P<0.05)。A组试件粘结剂残留(41.03%)高于C组(24.36%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同釉质粘结剂残留情况比较,京津化学固化型残留件数少于其他3类(P<0.05)。结论粘结材料选用中采用氢氟酸酸蚀、喷砂结合,可取得较高粘结强度,且选择3M光固化型粘结剂优势更加明显。
Objective To analyze the effects of different adhesive materials and surface treatment on bonding strength of porcelain and orthodontic brackets.Methods A total of 234 pieces of porcelain specimens in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected,and divided into group A,group B and group C according to the processing methods,with 78 cases in each group.The three groups were treated with silane coupling agent+hydrofluoric acid etching+sandblasting,hydrofluoric acid sandblasting,sandblasting+silane coupling agent,and given different enamel adhesive,such as Beijing-Tianjin chemical-cured,West Lake chemical-cured,3M chemical-cured,3M curing type.The shear strength and adhesive remnant rates of the three groups were compared.Results The shear strength of the group A and B were greater than those of the group C(P<0.05).The shear strength of 3M curable binder was greater than other types(P<0.05).The shear strength of West Lake chemical curing and 3M chemical curing binders is higher than that of Beijing-Tianjin chemical curing(P<0.05).The residue of adhesive in the group A(41.03%)was higher than that in the group C(24.36%)(P<0.05).Conclusion With the combination of hydrofluoric acid etching and sand blasting in the selection of bonding materials,high bonding strength can be obtained,and the advantages of selecting 3M light curing binder are more obvious.
