摘要
原水预处理系统中传统PID控制器对V型滤池水箱水位控制存在超调大、稳态精度低等问题,本文设计了神经网络自适应PID控制算法,采用BP神经网络对PID参数进行自动整定,采用RBF神经网络对被控对象进行在线辨识,并在Compact Logix系列PLC上实现了神经网络自适应PID控制算法。将该算法用于原水预处理V型滤池水箱水位控制,实际控制效果表明:神经网络自适应PID控制算法控制精度高,鲁棒性好,大大提高了原水预处理系统的产水品质。
Aiming at the problem that the traditional PID controllers in the raw water treatment system have the disadvantages of overshoot and low steady-state precision for the water level control of the V-type filter tank,this study designs the adaptive PID control algorithm of the neural network.The BP network is used to realize the self-tuning of PID parameters.The RBF neural network is applied to identify the controlled objects,and the neural network adaptive PID control algorithm is implemented on the CompactLogix series PLC.This algorithm is applied for the water level control of the V-type filter tank in the raw water pre-treatment system.The actual control results show that the neural network adaptive PID control algorithm has high control precision and good robustness,which greatly improves the water quality of the raw water treatment system.
