摘要
饲草储备是我国草原牧区战略储备的重要组成部分,是快速、有效解决草原牧区遭受突发自然灾害进行抗灾、减灾和防灾的根本,是解决草原牧区食草家畜安全越冬的重要保障,是草原畜牧业持续、稳定、健康发展的基础环节。本文介绍了我国草原牧区抗灾饲草储备战略意义与牧区常见自然灾害概况,简述了抗灾饲草储备发展现状及存在问题。从抗灾饲草储备技术、完善相关扶持政策、建立大型饲草储备库及饲草产品交易信息平台等方面系统的分析了抗灾饲草储备今后的发展方向,为我国牧区抗灾饲草储备提供科学的理论指导进而实现我国草原畜牧业可持续发展的伟大宏图。
Forage storage is an important part of our pastoral strategic storage,It is the root of the quick and effective solution to the natural disaster of fighting,mitigating and preventing disaster,It is an important guarantee to solve the safety of herbivorous livestock in grassland grazing area,and it is basic link of sustainable,steady and healthy development of grassland animal husbandry.This article introduces the disaster-combat herbage strategic storage significance in pastoral areas of China and the pasture common natural disasters.Briefing on the current situation of disaster-combat herbage storage and the current problem,From disaster-combat herbage storage technology,improve the relevant supporting policies,the establishment of large herbage storage and trading platform of herbage products systematically analyzes the future development direction of disaster-combat herbage storage in our country.Provide a scientific theoretical guidance for disaster-combat herbage storage in pastoral areas,and to achieve the great grand plan of grassland animal husbandry sustainable development in our country.
