摘要
目的探讨中医康复护理对早期中风偏瘫患者神经功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法将我院2016年7月—2017年7月收治的80例中风患者随机分为两组,每组40例,对照组采取常规康复护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施中医康复疗法,分析比较患者的日常生存质量、精神状态、运动能力。结果两组患者护理后的日常生活能力、精神状态和运动能力都得到良好改善;观察组ADL指数、FMA和HAMD均优于对照组,两组数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论为早期中风患者实施中医疗法有助于患者的恢复,提高患者的运动力。
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)rehabilitation nursing on neurological function and daily living ability in patients with hemiplegia of early stroke.Methods 80 stroke patients admitted from July 2016 to July 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing.The observation group was treated with Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group,analysis and comparison of patients with daily life quality,mental state,exercise capacity was carried out.Results The daily living ability,mental status and motor ability of the two groups were all improved after the nursing.The ADL index,FMA and HAMD in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine for early stroke patients is helpful for the recovery of patients and the promotion of patients'motility.
