摘要
目的探讨多方位强化护理管理对膀胱灌注化疗患者依从性和并发症的影响。方法选择2015年4—12月于我院行膀胱癌手术并于术后接受膀胱灌注化疗的患者42例作为对照组,2016年1—9月于我院行膀胱癌手术并于术后接受膀胱灌注化疗的患者42例作为试验组,对照组接受膀胱灌注常规护理,试验组接受以膀胱灌注护理为主题的多方位强化护理管理干预,比较两组患者的遵医行为评分及相关并发症发生情况。结果试验组膀胱灌注患者干预后遵医度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),膀胱灌注相关并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用多方位强化护理管理对膀胱灌注化疗患者进行干预,具有显著提高其化疗遵医度和降低灌注相关并发症发生率的良好效果。
Objective To explore the effect of multi-directional enhanced nursing management on compliance and complications of patients undergoing intravesical instillation chemotherapy.Methods To select a total of 42 patients who underwent bladder cancer surgery in our hospital from April to December 2015 and who received postoperative intravesical instillation chemotherapy as the control group.A total of 42 patients who underwent bladder cancer surgery and received intravesical instillation chemotherapy after surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to September 2016 were selected as the experimental group.The control group received routine nursing of intravesical instillation.The experimental group received multi-directional enhanced nursing management intervention with the theme of intravesical instillation nursing.The compliance behavior scores and the related complications were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After the intervention of intravesical instillation in the experimental group,the compliance score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications related to intravesical instillation was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of multi-directional enhanced nursing management to intervene in patients with intravesical instillation chemotherapy can significantly improve the compliance of chemotherapy and reduce the incidence of perfusion-related complications.
