摘要
目的:分析在治疗妊娠合并糖尿病中使用中医的临床疗效。方法:选择2014年1月-2017年1月来院就诊的68例妊娠合并糖尿病患者做为研究对象,严格按照随机原则将所有患者分为对照组与研究组,每组患者均有34例。对照组采用常规的药物与饮食治疗,研究组在常规药物与饮食治疗的基础上采用中医治疗,对比两组围产儿并发症的发生率与患者并发症的发生率。结果:对照组并发症的发生率比研究组高,对照组围产儿并发症的发生率高于研究组,有统计学差异存在(P<0.05)。结论:对妊娠合并糖尿病患者采用中医治疗能有效降低围产儿并发症的发生率与患者并发症的发生率,保证母婴的安全,建议临床应用与推广。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of TCM on pregnancy with diabetes.Methods:68 patients were divided into the control group and study group according to the randomized principle,34 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional medicine and diet.The study group was treated in TCM more.The complications incidence of perinatal infant and patients in the groups were compared.Results:The incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the study group.The incidence of perinatal complications in the control group was higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM on pregnancy with diabetes can effectively reduce the complications incidence of perinatal infant and patients,ensure the safety of mother and child;is recommended for clinical application and promotion.
