摘要
山东肥城矿业集团陶阳煤矿中三井田受徐灰、奥灰水威胁严重,为保障矿井安全开采,在-550m水平东大巷构建防水闸门一道,该防水闸门设计水压6.0MPa,属集团公司乃至全国承受压力最大防水闸门之一。防水闸门硐室浇注并养护结束后,采取连续与间歇式相结合的方式进行了壁后注浆,特别是对硐室接茬薄弱处进行了特殊处理,在注水试验前做了大量的准备工作,注水试验期间采取了有效措施,并取得了大量数据资料,该防水闸门注水耐压试验一次性试验合格,通过了集团公司专家组的验收。
The field 3 of Taoyang Coal Mine,Shandong Feicheng Coal Mine Group,was threatened by Xujiazhuang limestone and Ordovician limestone roack water seriously.In order to ensure the security of mine exploitation,in the-550 m level east main roadway,a new waterproof gate is constructed,whose design pressure is 6.0 MPa,belongs to the group company and is the waterproof gate under the largest pressure in the country.Waterproof after pouring and curing of the chamber of the waterproof gate,back-filled grouting is carried out in a continuous and intermittent way,especially the connection weak place is processed specially,and a lot of preparation work before the water injection test have been done,effective measures during water injection test have been taken,and a large amount of data have been obtained,which make the waterproof gate pass the one-time test successfully,and guarantee the acceptance of the expert group of the company.
