摘要
为了给工业中水解丙酸甲酯提供动力学支持,文中研究了以NKC-9型阳离子交换树脂为催化剂水解丙酸甲酯的动力学过程。在消除内外扩散的影响下,考察了转速、催化剂用量、反应温度以及水酯摩尔比等因素对丙酸甲酯转化率的影响,得出较优实验条件为转速400 r/min、催化剂用量为溶液总质量的7%,反应温度为343.15 K,水酯摩尔比5∶1。通过对328.15—343.15 K下的实验数据进行拟合,得到丙酸甲酯水解的动力学方程。通过实验与计算值的比较验证,此反应动力学方程合理,可用于模拟计算。
To provide the support of kinetics for hydrolyzing methyl propionate in the industry,the reaction kinetics of methyl propionate hydrolyzed in the presence of NKC-9 cationic-exchange resin catalyst was studied.Without internal and external diffusion,the influences of speed,the amount of catalyst,reaction temperature and mole ratio of the water ester on the conversion of methyl propionate were investigated.The optimal reaction conditions were as follows:speed 400 r/min,catalyst dosage 7%(mass fraction),temperature 343.15 K,water ester mole ratio 5∶1.The kinetics parameters of methyl propionate hydrolysis were measured by fitting the experimental data at 328.15-343.15 K.By comparing the experimental and calculated values,the kinetic equation of this reaction is reasonable and can be used for simulation.
