摘要
对起重机械风险评估和预防性检修方案进行了讨论,叙述了起重机械预防性检修方案涉及的内容,并对失效概率系数(故障系数、条件系数、工艺系数和检测系数)进行了分析,得出在确定机械零件失效风险等级基础上进行定量预防性分析的方法,有效降低了起重机械风险出现的概率。
It analyzes the risk assessment of crane machinery and the preventive maintenance scheme,proposes the contents of the preventive maintenance scheme of the crane machinery,discusses the failure probability coefficient such as fault coefficient,condition coefficient,process coefficient and detection coefficient and so on.Based on the determination of the failure risk level of mechanical parts,it realizes quantitative preventive analysis effectively,reduces the risk probability of crane machinery.
