摘要
目的探讨围绝经期妇女取出宫内节育器的临床方法和效果。方法选取2016年6月—2017年6月200例取出宫内节育器围绝经期妇女作为研究对象。采用数字表法分组。对照组给予单一米索前列醇治疗,观察组则给予米索前列醇联合间苯三酚治疗。比较两组取出宫内节育器成功率;取出宫内节育器所需时间、手术过程出血情况、疼痛程度;干预前后患者身心应激程度;药物不良反应率。结果观察组取出宫内节育器成功率为100%,对照组为100%,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组取出宫内节育器所需时间、手术过程出血情况、疼痛程度低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组身心应激程度对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组身心应激程度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的药物不良反应率与对照组比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论围绝经期妇女取出宫内节育器经米索前列醇联合间苯三酚软化宫颈,可更好缩短取环的时间和减轻患者痛苦,减少出血,无明显副作用。
Objective To explore the clinical methods and effects of perimenopausal women taking out intrauterine device.Methods From June 2016 to June 2017,200 cases of perimenopausal women who were taken out of intrauterine device were selected as the research objects.Digital table method is used to group.The control group was treated with single misoprostol.The observation group was treated with misoprostol combined with phloroglucinol.The success rate of the two groups was compared.The time needed to remove the intrauterine device,the bleeding condition and the degree of pain were needed.The degree of physical and mental stress of the patients before and after intervention;the rate of adverse drug reaction.Results The success rate of the intrauterine device was 100%in the observation group and 100%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The time needed to be taken out of the IUD,the bleeding condition and the degree of pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the difference between the two groups of physical and mental stress levels was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The degree of physical and mental stress in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse drug reaction rate of the observation group was not statistically significant compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The removal of intrauterine device from perimenopausal women through the combination of misoprostol and phthalic three phenol to soften the cervix,which can shorten the time of taking the ring and relieve the pain of patients,reduce bleeding and no obvious side effects.
