摘要
文章回应城市总体规划改革规划实施监测的要求,结合人本规划对人本数据的需求,以及新技术环境下数据的变革,提出监测数据要实现空间尺度精细化、时间精度实时化和数据维度多样化。通过数据综合,生成城市特征分区和联系分区,形成对城市特征的认知和监测的基础,并以建设成熟度、时空协同度、结构匹配度及运行效率来评估物质空间建设与人类活动的协调程度。
Following the monitoring demand of urban master planning implementation and data demand of human-oriented planning,and the reform of new technical environment and new data,the paper thinks that monitoring data need to realize the refined spatial scale,real-time,and various dimensions.By using data synthesis,the paper divides urban characteristic zones and relation zones as the base of cognition and monitor,evaluates the coordination between spatial creation and human’s activities from the building,time-space,structure,and implementation efficiency.
