摘要
为探究不同灌水量下马铃薯生长状况,提高节水灌溉效率。试验以"泰山5号"马铃薯为试材,设置不同膜下滴灌量,研究了不同灌水量对马铃薯生长、产量和品质等的影响。结果表明:株高以T5处理最高,为54.93 cm,分枝数为2.67~4.0个。产量以T4处理为最高,为38 559.10 kg·hm^(-2),较CK增产50.48%。商品薯率以T3处理为最大,为87.66%。维生素C含量为16.96~23.11 mg·100 g^(-1)FW。可溶性蛋白质含量以T4处理为最高,达4.17 g·kg^(-1),较CK增加41.84%。综合考虑产量、品质和商品薯率等,T4处理为最佳灌水处理。研究为设施马铃薯合理灌溉和增产节水提供理论依据。
In order to study the growth status of potato under different irrigation amount,improve the efficiency of water saving irrigation.Potato“Taishan No5”was used as test material to study the effects of different irrigation amount on growth,yield and quality,different amount treatments were designed.Results showed that the plant height reached the highest 54.93 cm under T5 treatment,and stem quantity per plant was from 2.67 to 4.0.The yield of potato was 38 559.10 kg·hm-2,increased by 50.48%.Commodity potato rate under T3 treatment reached the highest up to 87.66%.While Vc content was from 16.96 mg·100 g-1FW to 23.11 mg·100g-1FW.Soluble protein content under T4 treatment was 4.17 g·kg-1,higher than other treatments,increased by 41.84%.Considering the yield,quality and commodity potato rate,T4 treatment was the best.The study provided theoretical basis for reasonable irrigation,as well as water-saving and high-yield of potato.
