摘要
术中知晓是指患者在全身麻醉手术中存在意识和明确的记忆,术后能回忆起术中所发生的事情,并告知有无疼痛情况,是全身麻醉的并发症之一。总体来说术中知晓的发生率不高,但一旦发生,就会给患者带来很大的困扰,如不同程度的心理后遗症,其中最严重的是创伤后应激障碍。我们通过总结分析预防术中知晓的最新进展,为广大麻醉医师提供更多的思路,预防术中知晓的发生。本文主要从与术中知晓的发生机制、危险因素以及预防措施三方面相关的最新研究进展进行系统综述。术中应多种监测设备联合应用,同时科学家要致力于开发精确的监测仪器,尽量使术中知晓的发生率降到最低。通过对术中知晓进展的研究,未来会有更精确的监测技术问世。
Intraoperative awareness is defined as a condition at which patients have both consciousness and explicit memory during surgical operation under general anesthesia,recalling the things happened during surgical operation and telling whether they are pain or not,and it is one of the general anesthesia complications.In general,its morbidity is not high,but once happened,it will bring a lot of troubles to patients.For example,it can lead to varying degrees psychological sequelae,like posttraumatic stress disorder.We provid more ways to prevent intraoperative awareness for anesthetists by summing up the latest study about the prevention of intraoperative awareness.Here is to make a review of the newest studies about the mechanism,the risk factors and the preventive measures of intraoperative awareness.A variety of monitoring equipments should be used in the surgery,and scientists do their best to develop accurate monitoring instruments,make the incidence of intraoperative awareness to a minimum.Through the study of intraoperative awareness progress,more accurate monitoring technology will be appeared in the future.
