摘要
目的观察HEOS冷刀宫腔镜微剪分离术治疗重度宫腔粘连的临床疗效。方法将60例重度宫腔粘连患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。研究组采用HEOS宫腔镜下微型剪刀分离术,对照组采用传统宫腔镜下电切分离术。比较两组患者手术指标、治疗有效率、月经改善率及宫腔再粘连发生情况。结果研究组手术时间、术中出血量、膨宫液吸收量及术后宫腔再粘连发生率均低于对照组,而治疗总有效率及月经改善率均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论采用HEOS冷刀宫腔镜微型剪刀宫腔粘连分离术治疗重度宫腔粘连可减少手术时间、术中出血量及膨宫液吸收量,有效改善患者术后月经及宫腔情况,降低术后宫腔再粘连发生。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of HEOS hysteroscopic mini-shear separation on severe intrauterine adhesion.Methods Sixty patients with severe intrauterine adhesion were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The study group was treated with mini-shear separation using HEOS hysteroscopy,and the control group with traditional hysteroscopic electrocision.The surgical indexes,therapeutic effective rate,menstrual improvement rate and incidence of repeated intrauterine adhesion were compared between the two groups.Results The operation duration,intraoperative blood loss,uterine absorption volume and incidence rate of postoperative repeated intrauterine adhesion were lower in the study group than those in the control group,while the total effective rate and menstrual improvement rate were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion HEOS hysteroscopic mini-shear separation can reduce operation duration,intraoperative blood loss and uterine absorption volume in the treatment of severe intrauterine adhesion.It can effectively improve menstrual and uterine cavity conditions and reduce the incidence of postoperative repeated intrauterine adhesion.
