摘要
近年来,随着数据挖掘技术的发展,其与生物信息技术更好结合起来,取得了突破性进展,生物学研究方法带来的变化也比较大。随着数据分析技术的发展,其成为现代生物数据库的关键技术,大规模数据处理能力更加卓越。基于此,主要论述了生物信息数据挖掘关键问题与应用,希望对相关领域研究有参考价值。
In recent years,with the development of data mining technology,it has been better combined with bioinformatics technology,and has made breakthrough progress.The change of biological research method is also great.With the development of data analysis technology,it has become the key technology of modern biological database,large-scale data processing capabilities are more outstanding.Based on this,this paper mainly discusses the key issues and applications of bioinformatics data mining,hoping to have reference value for related field research.
