摘要
对各类安全生产事故进行信息化管理与分析,是事关国家资产与群众安全的关键与核心。笔者以我国当前在安全生产事故信息化管理中存在的时空薄弱环节为研究对象,利用权威部门所提供的时间跨度达15年的全国安全生产事故数据,基于网络电子地图所提供的在线地址解析服务,对在线解析安全生产事故的空间位置的相关技术进行深入研究,并利用当前主流的热力图可视化技术来对全国范围内的安全生产事故进行时空层面的分析,从而为政府职能部门管理和预防安全生产事故提供信息化决策支持。
The information management and analysis of all kinds of accidents in production safety are the key and core of the safety of state assets and masses.Based on the current safety in production accident weak links existing in the information management of space-time as the research object,using the national safety production accident data with time span of 15 years by authority,based on the online address resolution service provided by the network electronic map,the author makes an in-depth study on the relevant technologies of the spatial location of online analytical safety production accidents,uses the current mainstream thermal force visualization technology to analyze the spatio-temporal aspects of the safety production accidents nationwide,so as to provide informational decision support for government departments to manage and prevent safety accidents.
