基于DSP的半导体激光器电源控制系统设计

摘要 根据半导体激光器(LD)的特性,设计了一种以DSP为核心的半导体激光器电源控制系统。该系统针对本振激光器和功率放大模块的泵浦源进行了设计,完成了对本振和放大泵浦模块的温度控制及本振和放大恒流源的控制,对高精度时序进行配置,实现了控制逻辑,并通过RS-422通信协议与人机界面进行信息交换。实验表明,系统对半导体泵浦模块温度控制精度为±1℃,时序控制精度高,满足设计要求,系统已投入工程化应用,可有效提高泵浦模块的效率,改善能量稳定性。 According to the characteristics of semiconductor laser diodes(LD),a DSP-based LD power control system is designed.The local oscillation laser and pumping source of power amplifying module are designed to implement the temperature control and constant current source control of the local oscillator laser and amplifier pumping module.The high-precision timing configuration is performed to implement control logic,and the information exchange via RS-422 communication protocol and human-machine interface.The experiment results show that the system can achieve the temperature control precision within±1℃for LD pumping module,have higher timing control precision,and meet the design requirements.This system has already been used in engineering application,and the application results show that it could effectively improve the efficiency of pumping modules and the energy stability.
