摘要
向硫酸盐体系或氯化物体系三价铬镀白铬溶液中加入二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(DDTC)螯合剂,令其中的镍和铜杂质生成沉淀,再配合活性炭吸附残留的DDTC以及可能由DDTC引入的有机杂质,过滤后可令镀液恢复正常。该法简单,速度快,克服了传统电解法耗时长的问题。
The nickel and copper impurities in a sulfate or chloride chromium(III)electroplating bath for preparing white chromium coatings are reacted with sodium diethyldithiocarbamate(DDTC),a chelating agent,forming precipitates.The excessive DDTC and the organic impurities that may be introduced by DDTC in the bath are adsorbed by activated carbon.The bath is recovered after filtration.The method is simple and fast,and overcomes the time-consuming problem of traditional electrolysis process.
