摘要
文章立足建设现代化经济体系的新要求,全面分析江苏战略性新兴产业的总体情况,重点对新能源、新材料、生物医药、节能环保、新一代信息技术和软件、高端装备制造等6个产业的发展现状、创新水平和瓶颈问题进行深入梳理,借鉴先进国家和地区做法,从建设产业创新发展的载体、网络和生态等3个方面提出对策举措,加快推动新兴产业向中高端迈进。
Based on the new requirements of building a modern economic system,this paper comprehensively analyzes the overall situation of the strategic emerging industries in Jiangsu province and focuses on the development status,the innovation level and the bottleneck problem of the six industries such as new energy,new materials,biomedicine,environmentalprotection,newgenerationofinformationtechnologyandsoftware,andhigh-endequipment manufacturing.Learning from the practices of the advanced countries and regions,this paper puts forward three countermeasures from the carrier,network and ecology to promote the emerging.Industries to move towards the middle and high end.
