应用表面活性剂提取玉竹黄酮的工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 以玉竹根茎为原料,研究应用表面活性剂提取玉竹黄酮的工艺方法。通过单因素试验和正交试验确定表面活性剂种类、料液比、提取剂浓度、提取温度和提取时间等适宜的工艺参数。结果表明,最适表面活性剂种类为聚乙二醇400,适宜的浓度为8%、料液比为1∶10(g/mL)、提取温度为30℃、提取时间为20 min,在此条件下玉竹黄酮的提取率可达0.662 7%。 Take the root of Polygonatum Odoratum as material,the extraction process of flavonoids in Polygonatum Odoratum with surfactant was studied,and the optimal technology parameters of surfactant types,liquid-solid ratio,extractant concentration,extracting temperature and extracting time were determined using single factor test and orthogonal test.Experimental results indicated that the optimal type of extractant was polyethylene glycol 400,the appropriate concentration of polyethylene glycol 400 was 8%,solid-liquid ratio was 1:10(g/mL),extracting temperature for 30℃,extracting time was 20 min.In this condition,the extraction rate of Polygonatum Odoratum flavonoids was 0.662 7%.
