摘要
事业单位对现在社会的影响力越来越大,它的快速发展与它科学合理的档案管理分不开。电子信息时代的来临,使信息变得越来越重要,人们对信息也越来越依赖了,档案的管理也变得很重要。但目前社会上很多的事业单位都不重视档案管理,缺乏专业的管理人才,亦缺乏完整的管理体系,没有先进的设备,导致事业单位的发展缓慢。为了更好地推动事业单位档案事业的发展,理应采取科学合理且符合事业单位本身特点的管理模式来促进其发展。
the public institution has more and more influence on the society,and its rapid development is inseparable from its scientific and reasonable archival management.The advent of electronic information age makes information more and more important,people become more and more dependent on information,and the management of archives becomes very important.But on the society at present many units do not attach importance to archives management,the lack of professional management personnel,also the lack of complete management system,no advanced equipment,lead to the development of institution is slow.In order to promote the development of the archives of public institutions,it is necessary to take scientific and reasonable management mode that conforms to the characteristics of the institution itself to promote its development.
