摘要
目的探讨分析2岁以下小儿单纯性肥胖患者的相关影响因素。方法以102例2岁以下小儿单纯性肥胖患者建立研究组,以102例2岁以下小儿健康体检志愿者建立参照组。观察比较两组小儿的出生体重3 500.00g以上发生率指标,食欲亢进发生率指标,好静恶动发生率指标,以及两组小儿家长的肥胖知识认知程度指标。结果研究组的出生体重3 500.00g以上发生率指标,食欲亢进发生率指标,好静恶动发生率指标均高于参照组,统计学有差异(P<0.05)。研究组小儿家长的认为"肥胖不是病"指标、"不清楚肥胖预防介入时间"指标、"不清楚肥胖难以治疗介入时间"指标、认为"孕期应多摄入食物"指标,以及"小儿1岁肥胖较好"指标高于参照组,统计学有差异(P<0.05)。结论出生体重过高、食欲亢进,好静恶动,以及家长在肥胖健康知识认知层面存在误区,是临床中引致2岁以下小儿发生单纯性肥胖的独立危险因素,值得引起相关领域的研究人员加以关注。
Objective To investigate the related factors of simple obesity in children under 2 years old.Methods 102 children with simple obesity under 2 years of age and 102 healthy volunteers under 2 years of age were used to establish the study group and the reference group.The incidence index of appetite hyperactivity,the incidence index of good quiet and evil activity,and the cognitive index of knowledge of weight matching between parents of the two groups were compared.Results The birth weight above 3 500.00g of the study group,the incidence index of appetite hyperactivity and the incidence rate of good quiet and evil motility were higher than those of the control group.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).The children's parents in the study group were"obesity is not a disease"index,"obesity prevention intervention time"index,"not clear obesity is difficult to treat intervention time"index,think that"should eat more food during pregnancy"index,The index of obesity in children aged 1 year were higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High birth weight,high appetite,good quiet and bad behavior,and misunderstanding of parents'knowledge of obesity health are independent risk factors of simple obesity in children under 2 years of age.It deserves the attention of researchers in related fields.
