摘要
蔡炳勤教授在50余年的从医经验中,总结了甲状腺术后声音嘶哑的中医病因病机,并将其发病特点概括为"两期四证"。本文结合病例,阐述了蔡教授对于甲状腺术后声音嘶哑的辨证思路及遣方用药经验。
Professor CAI Bing-qin summed up the TCM etiology and pathogenesis of hoarseness after thyroid surgery based on his more than 50 years clinical experience.Besides,he summarized its morbidity characteristics as“two periods and four syndromes”.By combining with medical case reports,this article explained Professor CAI’s unique diagnosis thoughts and clinical experience of treating hoarseness after thyroid surgery.
