摘要
随着国民口腔保健意识的提高及抗生素的广泛使用,口腔颌面部间隙感染的发生率有所降低。但由于颌面部特殊解剖结构及潜在间隙的存在,常使口腔颌面部间隙感染成为临床上一类起病急、发展快、治疗棘手的感染性疾患,对口腔颌面外科医师具有较大挑战。临床医师必须在该类疾病的急性过程中做出正确决定,采用适当的手术和气道维护进行干预,积极预防严重并发症的发生。故此外科医师对颌面部间隙感染的临床特征、常用的辅助检查、并发症和诊断治疗等方面的深入了解至关重要。
With the increasing national awareness of oral health and the widespread use of antibiotics,the incidence of oral and maxillofacial space infection has decreased.However,due to the presence of special anatomical structures and potential gaps in the maxillofacial region,oral and maxillofacial gap infections often become clinically acute,rapid infectious diseases difficult to treat.The disease is still a major challenge for oral and maxillofacial surgeons.Clinicians must make the right decisions during the acute course of the disease and intervene with appropriate surgery and airway maintenance,and actively prevent the occurrence of serious complications.Therefore,there is crucially important for the surgeons to understand the clinical characteristics of maxillofacial space infections,commonly used auxiliary examinations,complications and diagnosis and treatment.
