摘要
根据党的十九大提出的2035年国家经济社会发展目标,本文论证了我国高等教育肩负的重大使命和面临的问题与挑战,着重从经济发展的视角,提出了我国高等教育面向2035年的发展战略数量化目标和结构性目标,进而提出实现这些战略目标的具体举措,其中包括:持续推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设;推进并完成我国高等院校的科学分层分类和结构优化;加大高等教育投入,全面提高质量促进公平;加快高等教育信息化建设,大力提高信息化水平;深化教育教学改革,培养适应新时代要求的人才;进一步深化高等教育体制机制改革。
According to China’s the national economic and social development targets for 2035,this paper points out the important mission and the problems and challenges of China’s higher education system while focuses to put forward quantitative and structural targets for the strategy of Chinese higher education from economic perspective,and concrete measures to achieve these targets.Measures are listed as follows:continuing to implement the world class university and world class academic discipline project,boosting to complete the scientific classification,stratification and restructure of the institutions of higher education,increasing the investment of higher education,improving the quality and equity of education comprehensively,accelerating the informatization of higher education,further deepening reforms of education and instruction to cultivate talents for the new era,as well as the reforms of higher education system and mechanism.
