摘要
大学毕业生的就业问题不仅是民生问题,更关系到中国产业转型升级与创新型国家建设。根据供给-需求分析框架,本文对大学毕业生就业难的形成机理进行了细致剖析,从高等教育结构与制度改革、产业转型升级、消除行业垄断与劳动力市场的制度性分割等方面提出了化解大学毕业生就业难的可能机制。未来研究应聚焦于大学毕业生就业率评价指标设计与就业数据统计口径规范、"高等教育结构-产业结构-大学生就业"动态分析框架构建以及相关内容量化研究等方面。
College graduate’s employment problem is more than a livelihood issue,but also related to the success of the transformation and upgrading of industry,as well as the construction of innovative country.Based on the supply-demand framework,the study makes detailed discussion about the cause of college graduates’employment difficulty,and put forward the possible mechanism to solve the employment difficulty from such dimensions as the reform of higher education structure and system,industrial transformation and upgrading,elimination of industry monopoly and institutional segmentation of labor market.Future research should focus on matching the design of college graduates’employment evaluation index to employment data statistical caliber,construction of dynamic analysis framework of“high education structure-industry structure and college student employment”and strengthening the quantitative research of related content.
