摘要
中国特色社会主义进入新时代以后,我国的高等教育应当实现内涵式发展。内涵式发展可以解决高等教育几十年来积累的问题,能够积极回应时代对高等教育提出的新要求,满足人民对高等教育的新期待。高等教育内涵式发展的目标具有层次性。采取切实措施提升高等教育的质量;保持定力稳定高等教育的规模;下大力气调整高等教育的结构;建立高等教育效益分析机制,指导高校增强办学效益意识,是当前内涵式发展的要义。实现高等教育的内涵式发展,需要激发高等院校改革的内生动力,需要进行系列改革。
As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,China s higher education should realize the connotative development,which can overcome problems of higher education accumulated in the past decades,respond positively to the new requirements of the times,and meet the people s new expectations.The goals of its connotative development are hierarchical.And colleges and universities should set goals according to their own conditions.The essence of connotative development of higher education lies in taking practical measures to improve its quality,keeping its focus while stabilizing its scale,making great efforts to adjust its structure,and establishing an analysis mechanism of its efficiency to guide institutes of higher education to increase their efficiency consciousness in school management.To realize the conno
