摘要
目的:探讨循证护理模式在初产妇分娩中的应用效果。方法:将某院324例初产妇随机分为干预组(n=161)和对照组(n=163),对照组给予常规产科护理,干预组在此基础上给予循证护理。对两组产妇自然分娩率、产程、产后出血率以及满意度进行对比分析。结果:干预组产妇自然分娩率高于对照组(P<0.01);干预组产妇三个产程时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);干预组产妇产后出血率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组产妇满意率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:循证护理模式可以促进初产妇自然分娩率和产程顺利进展,降低产后出血率并提高满意度,值得在护理实践中进一步探索和推广应用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing model in the delivery of primiparas.Methods:Three hundred and twenty-four primiparas were randomly divided into intervention group(n=161)and control group(n=163)according to the order that the patients were admitted to hospital.The primiparas in control group were given general obstetrics nurse and the primipara in intervention group were given evidence-based nursing.Comparison and analysis were conducted on the natural rate,time of labor,postpartum hemorrhage rate and satisfaction of the two groups.Results:The rate of natural births in intervention group was higher than control group(P<0.01).Time of the three labor in the intervention group was higher(P<0.01).The postpartum hemorrhage rate in intervention was higher(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate was higher in the intervention group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The evidence-based nursing model can promote the natural childbirth and the production schedule of primiparas,reduce the postpartum hemorrhage rate and improve the satisfaction,so it is worth further exploring and utilizing.
