摘要 为了适应社会经济的发展、城镇化改革的推进、新电力体制改革等对配电网建设的影响,实现现代化配电网建设的目标,结合CIRED 2017会议中探讨的"Web-of-Cells"电力系统架构体系,立足中国国情,提出配电网单元制规划体系及其实施方案。文章主要从配电网单元划分、规划流程、主要技术方法、规划管理机制及规划落地机制等几个方面全面地介绍了配电网单元制规划体系及实施方案,为配电网规划的实施及落地方法提供了参考及借鉴。 In order to meet the impact of social and economic development,urbanization reform,and new power system reforms on the distribution network construction,and to achieve the goal of modern distribution network construction,combined with the“Web-of-Cells”discussed in the 2017 CIRED meeting The power system architecture system,based on China’s national conditions,proposed a distribution network unit system planning system and its implementation plan.The article introduced the distribution network unit system planning system and implementation scheme from the aspects of distribution network unit division,planning process,main technical methods,planning management mechanism and planning landing mechanism.The research of this paper provides a reference for the implementation and landing of distribution network planning.
