摘要
针对井下凿岩台车有线操作方式存在线缆易磨损导致通讯不稳定,以及在打孔过程中落石可能成为操作人员的安全隐患等问题,本文通过分析研究1354凿岩台车操作原理,研制了基于无线通信技术的1354凿岩台车远程控制系统,并将该远程控制系统应用到某矿山,结果表明该系统能够提高凿岩台车凿岩效率,改善井下操作人员的工作环境,对提高矿山井下作业的安全具有重要作用。
As the downhole drilling jumbo is operating by the wired control,the cable is easily worn to cause the communication unstable and the rockfall may be a potential safety hazard for the operators during the drilling process.This paper analyzes and studies the operation principle of the 1354 drilling jumbo,and developed a 1354 drilling jumbo remote control system based on wireless communication technology,and the system is used in a mine.The results show that the system can improves the efficiency of drilling jumbo production operations,improves the working environment of downhole operators which has an important role in improving the safety of underground mine operations.
