摘要
目的探讨纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者肺功能的影响。方法选取2016年7月—2017年7月我院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者80例,随机分为两组,对照组实施止咳、平喘、化痰、抗感染等常规治疗,研究组在对照组的方法上再运用纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗。结果治疗前两组患者的肺功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组FEV1、FEV1%、FEV1%/FVC以及6MWT等指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期治疗过程当中,纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗可改善患者肺功能及血气指标。
Objective To investigate the effect of bronchoalveolar lavage on pulmonary function in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional therapy such as cough relieving,asthma,phlegm,anti-infection,etc.The study group used fiberoptic bronchoscopy for alveolar lavage in the control group.Results There was no significant difference in lung function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the FEV1,FEV1%,FEV1%/FVC and 6MWT were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during acute exacerbation,bronchoalveolar lavage can improve lung function and blood gas index of patients,and can be further promoted in clinical practice.
