摘要
目的分析老年急性胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术护理配合要点。方法按照随机排列方式,将我院在2016年11月—2017年11月所撷取的102例老年急性胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者,均分为观察组和对照组。观察组实施优质手术护理,对照组实施常规手术护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组和对照组护理满意度的数据对比为:94.12%、80.39%,P<0.05。两组手术时间、住院时间、术中平均出血量对比,P<0.05。结论老年急性胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊切除术中,配合优质护理,对提高患者护理满意度、减少手术时间,均存在积极的影响。
Objective To analyze the operative nursing cooperation points of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for elderly patients with acute cholecystitis.Methods According to the random arrangement,102 cases of elderly patients with acute cholecystitis underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy from November 2016 to November 2017 were divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given high-quality operation nursing,while the control group was given routine operation nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The data of nursing satisfaction in observation group and control group were:94.12%,80.39%,P<0.05.The operation time,hospitalization time and average bleeding volume in the two groups were compared with those of P<0.05.Conclusion In the laparoscopic cholecystectomy for elderly patients with acute cholecystitis,with high quality nursing,there are positive effects on improving the patient's nursing satisfaction and reducing the operation time
