摘要
目的研究中医湿敷法护理在新生儿红臀中的应用价值。方法以2016年4月—2017年10月接诊的58例新生儿红臀患儿为研究对象,根据电脑随机双盲法进行分组:试验组和对照组各29例。试验组行中医湿敷法护理,对照组采取暴露红臀并保持干燥的护理手段。综合分析2组的治疗效果,比较臀部皮肤评分等指标。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为86.21%(25/29),明显比对照组的62.07%(18/29)高,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后的臀部皮肤评分明显优于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组的家长满意度为96.55%(28/29),明显比对照组的79.31%(23/29)高,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论采取中医湿敷法对新生儿红臀病患进行护理,可有效促进其病情康复,改善臀部皮肤评分。
Objective To study the application value of wet compress nursing in neonatal red buttock.Methods A total of 58 cases of neonatal red buttocks treated in the hospital from April 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the experiment and the control group according to the computer random double blind method,with 29 cases in each group.The experiment group was treated with wet compress,and the control group was used to expose red buttocks and keep dry.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was analyzed comprehensively,and the indexes of hip skin score were compared.Results The total effective rate of in the experiment group was 86.21%(25/29),which was significantly higher than 62.07%(18/29)in the control group,and there had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the skin score of the hip of the experiment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and there had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The parents'satisfaction in the experimental group was 96.55%(28/29),which was significantly higher than 79.31%(23/29)in the control group,with a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing of neonatal red buttock patients with the wet compress method can effectively promote the recovery of the patients and improve the skin score of the buttocks.
