青少年近视进展与双眼视功能缺损关系研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨青少年近视进展与双眼视功能缺损的关系方法。方法选择在沧州眼科医院小儿眼科门诊2016年4月至2017年6月就诊的8~14岁的青少年近视患者共104例,比较患者初诊时和1年后复诊时的屈光度和眼轴变化,根据变化幅度分为:A组(近视进展慢组,屈光度增加≤0.5~0.75 D;眼轴增长<0.3 mm/年)和B组(近视进展快组,屈光度增加≥1.0 D;眼轴增长0.3 mm/年)。然后对104例近视眼儿童进行视感知觉功能的检查(包括知觉眼位检查,立体视功能检查)。结果 104例,A组(屈光度增加≤0.5~0.75 D;眼轴增长<0.3mm/年)51例,占49.04%;B组(屈光度增加≥1.0 D;眼轴增长0.3 mm/年)53例,占50.96%。A组近距离知觉眼位水平偏移度平均值为57.62像素,B组近距离眼位水平偏移度平均值为100.52像素,采用SPSS person相关性分析得出两组变量的P值为0.043(P<0.05),A组的51例患者中有12例患者存在随机点动态立体视缺损,百分比为23。5%。而B组的53例患者中有36个患者存在随机点动态立体视缺损,百分比为67.9%。二者差异有统计学意义。结论近视眼度数的发展与认知感觉功能有着密切关联。用修复认知感觉功能缺损能改善近视眼儿童近视的发展。 Objective To investigate the relationship between myopia progression and binocular visual function defect Methods Total 104 juvenile myopia patients(age between 8-14 years)presented to Cangzhou Eye hospital pediatric clinic between April 2016 and June 2017 were enrolled.Initial diopter and axial length were to the Results obtained after 1-year follow-up.According to the changes in diopter and axial length,patients were divided into group A(slow progression,diopter increase≤0.5~0.75 D,and axial growth<0.3 mm per year)or group B(fast progression,diopter increase>1.0 D and axial growth>0.3 mm per year).Visual perception examinations were performed in these children.Results 51 patients(49.04%)showed slow progression(group A)and 53 patients(50.96%)showed fast progression(group B)of myopia.Horizontal deviation for near vision was 57.62 pixels in group A and 100.52 pixels in group B.SPSS Pearson analysis showed p value of the correlation was 0.043.Random point dynamic 3D deficit was found in 12/51 patients(23.5%)in group A and in 36/53 patients(67.9%)in group B and the difference was significant.Conclusions Development of myopia is closely associated with the cognitive dysfunction.Improvement of cognitive functions can delay the development of myopia in children.
