摘要
本文从畜禽产品安全性的角度出发,说明建立畜禽全程养殖档案的必要性,依据国家相关法规,提出了养殖场全程档案管理的6个基本要素:养殖场一般资质、投入品管理、场区管理、动物管理、养殖废弃物处理利用、人员管理,并对6个要素进行了详尽剖析。
The paper involved the necessity of establishing whole breeding records of livestock and poultry from the perspective of livestock product safety,according to the relevant national laws and regulations.The paper proposed six basic elements about the management of breeding records:general qualifications,farm inputs into management,area management,animal husbandry,breeding waste treatment and utilization,personnel management,and the six elements on a detailed analysis.
