摘要
为了揭示苹果砧木生长与供铝水平的关系,以一年生苹果砧木平邑甜茶(Malus hupehensis Rehd)为试材,研究7个不同浓度铝处理(铝浓度为0、50、75、100、125、150、200μmol/L)对平邑甜茶生长及叶片生理生化性质的影响。试验结果表明,与对照相比,随着供铝水平的提高,平邑甜茶的各器官(根、茎、叶)生物量、根系长度、根系总表面积、根尖数逐渐减少,且在T6(200μmol/L)处理时达到最低(分别是对照的0.64倍、0.69倍、0.71倍、0.54倍、0.34倍、0.14倍),叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素含量、叶片净光合速率及根系氧化力均呈现下降趋势,在T6处理时达到最低(仅为对照的0.46倍、0.39倍、0.43倍、0.45倍、0.21倍),而叶片游离脯氨酸含量随着铝处理浓度的升高而上升,在T6(200μmol/L)处理时达到最大值,此时叶片中游离脯氨酸含量为对照的4.98倍。
In order to reveal the relationship between the growth of apple root stocks and the level of aluminum,the annual apple stock Malus hupehensis Rehd was used to study the effects of seven different aluminum concentrations treatments(aluminum concentration 0,50,75,100,125,150,200μmol/L)on the growth and physiological and biochemical properties of the leaves.Experimental results showed compared with the control group,with the increase of Al supply level,the biomass,root length,root total surface area and the number of root tips of each organ(root,stem,leaf)of M.hupehensis Rehd gradually decreased,and reached the lowest level in the T6(200 mol/L)treatment(0.64 times,0.69 times,0.71 times,0.54 times,0.34 times,0.14 times,respectively,as compared with the control),Chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll content,leaf net photosynthetic rate and root oxidative stress all showed a decreasing trend,which reached the lowest in T6 treatment.(Compared with the control,only 0.46 times,0.39 times,0.43 times,0.45 times,0.21 times of the control),and the free proline content in leaves increased with the increase of the concentration of aluminum treatment,reached the maximum value at T6(200 mol/L).The free proline content in leaves was 4.98 times of that of the control.
