摘要
医学院校实验室是开展实验实践教学和科研工作的场所,是提高医学生动手实践能力的平台。实验室建设过程中资金投入较大但同时又低水平重复建设,在医学院校中经常存在,制约了学生创新能力和学校的发展。为解决这一问题,同时结合我校的具体情况分析,为进一步完善建立适应于我校的实验室开放管理机制提供参考。
The laboratory of medical colleges and universities is the place where experimental practice teaching and scientific research are carried out.It is a platform to improve the practical ability of medical students.In the process of laboratory construction,the capital investment is large but at the same time repeated low level construction,which often exists in medical colleges and universities.It restricts the students'innovation ability and the development of the school.In order to solve this problem and analyze the concrete situation of our school,it provides a reference for the further improvement of the laboratory open management mechanism suitable for our school.
