机用镍钛器械M3联合次氯酸钠抑制根管内生物膜的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究机用镍钛器械M3联合次氯酸钠抑制根管内生物膜的效果。方法选取我院自2015年4月~2016年4月收集的80例患有慢性根尖周病的患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,各40例,其中对照组采用次氯酸钠不锈钢锉进行冲洗,观察组患者则采用机用镍钛器械M3联合次氯酸钠进行冲洗,比较两组根管内生物膜的生长情况。结果观察组患者根管内生物膜完好的有0例,生物膜完全消失的有22例(55.00%);显著优于对照组的12例(30.00%)、8例(20.00%);观察组患者在次氯酸钠冲洗后细菌存活率为5.00%(2例),显著低于对照组的52.50%(21例)(P<0.05)。结论机用镍钛器械M3联合次氯酸钠可更好额抑制根管内生物膜的生长,最大程度的发挥次氯酸钠的杀菌、消毒作用,破坏细菌生物膜,降低细菌生存率,可在临床上可在临床广泛推荐应用。 Objective To study the effect of machine nickel-titanium instrument M3 combined with sodium hypochlorite on inhibiting biofilm in root canal.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic apical disease collected in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was flushed with sodium hypochlorite stainless steel file,while the patients in the observation group were washed with Nickel-titanium instrument M3 combined with sodium hypochlorite.The biofilm growth in the two groups was compared.Results In the observation group,there were 0 cases with biofilm intact and 22 cases with complete disappearance of biofilm(55.00%),12 cases(30.00%)were significantly better than the control group and 8 cases(20.00%).The survival rate of bacteria in the observation group after the sodium hypochlorite flushing was 5.00%(2 cases),which was significantly lower than that in the control group52.50%(21 cases)(P<0.05).Conclusion The nickel-titanium device M3 combined with sodium hypochlorite can better inhibit the growth of the biofilm in the root canal,exert the sterilization and disinfection functions of the sodium hypochlorite to the maximum extent,destroy the bacterial biofilm and reduce the bacterial survival rate,and can be clinically widely recommended.
