摘要
目的观察电针配合良肢位摆放对脑卒中患者软瘫期肢体功能恢复的疗效。方法选取2015年1月~2016年7月105例确诊脑卒中患者,随机分为三组,治疗组35例运用床旁电针配合良肢位摆放,两个对照组各35例,单用电针和单独进行良肢位摆放。结果三组治疗后运动功能评分均明显高于治疗前,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论床旁电针配合良肢位摆放对脑卒中患者早期软瘫期治疗疗效显著,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture combined with limb placement on limb functional recovery in patients with stroke.Methods From January 2015 to July 2016,105 patients with stroke were selected and divided into three groups randomly.35 cases in the treatment group were treated with bedside electroacupuncture with good limbs,35 cases in each of the two control groups,Electroacupuncture and limbs placed alone.Results The scores of motor function of the three groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The differences between the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bedside electroacupuncture plus limb placement is effective in the treatment of early stage of cerebral palsy due to stroke.It is worth widely clinical application.
