摘要
目的观察针药结合治疗儿童孤独症的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将92例患儿分为观察组和对照组各46例。对照组予常规康复治疗。观察组在对照组基础上予中药辨证治疗,每日1剂,每日1次,口服;并予针刺治疗,每日1次,每周5次。均3个月为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。评价2组临床疗效,观察2组儿童孤独症行为评定量表(ABC)评分、儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)评分及不良反应。结果与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗6个月ABC各项评分均降低(P<0.05);2组治疗6个月比较,观察组ABC评分中生活自理、交往、语言、躯体运动及感觉评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗3、6个月CARS评分明显降低(P<0.05);2组治疗3、6个月比较,观察组CARS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为86.96%(40/46),对照组为65.22%(30/46),观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为2.17%(1/46),对照组为4.35%(2/46),2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针药结合治疗儿童孤独症疗效显著,可有效减轻患儿病情,改善其行为能力,安全性较好。
Objective To explore the efficacy of combination of acupuncture and medicine in children with autistim.Methods Totally 92 children with autism were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation therapy,while the observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation treatment,one dosage per day,one times a day,orally.Observation group was also given acupuncture treatment,once a day,five times a week.Three months were one treatment course,and the treatment lasted for two courses.The clinical efficacy,Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC)score,Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS)score,and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results Compared with before treatment,the scores of ABC in both groups were lower after 6 months of treatment(P<0.05);After 6 months of treatment,the self-care,communication,language,body movement,and sensory scores in the ABC scores of observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the CARS scores of the two groups at 3 and 6 months were significantly lower(P<0.05);The CARS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 3 and 6 months of treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 86.96%(40/46)in the observation group and 65.22%(30/46)in the control group.The observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.17%(1/46),and that in the control group was 4.35%(2/46),without statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion For children with autism,acupuncture combined with medicine is with significant efficacy,which can effectively reduce their severity and improve their behavioral ability,with high safety.
